About the Artist

It all started when I was just 10 years old, and my family found our very first shark tooth while exploring the shores of Saint Augustine, Florida. Little did we know, this lucky find would spark a lifelong fascination with fossils.

As we got more into shark tooth hunting, we discovered that Venice, Florida, is known as the Shark Tooth Capital of the World. This led us to make annual trips to this coastal paradise, where we eagerly searched the beaches for more hidden treasures.

In my freshman year of high school, my dad and I got creative and co-invented a unique tool we called the Shark Tooth Sifter (www.sharktoothsifter.com). This nifty gadget made our hunts a breeze, and it quickly became a hit, finding its way into stores all over Florida.

By 2019, we decided to take our passion to the next level and opened our own store: Shark Frenzy. It was here that I discovered my love for wire wrapping, thanks to a talented coworker. This new skill set me on a path to creating beautiful jewelry pieces with the shark teeth we found.

Now, you can often find me at our family's latest venture, Fossil Frenzy, which opened in February 2023. This store not only celebrates shark teeth but also delves into the fascinating world of fossils. Sharing my passion with others and seeing the joy these ancient treasures bring is a dream come true. Shark teeth have filled my life with endless excitement and happiness, and I can't wait to continue this amazing journey.
